Candidate Charter
All recruitment activity within Recruit Retail Services is conducted with the utmost care to ensure that it is fair, consistent, measurable and appropriate to the role for which it is undertaken.
Sourcing
Recruit Retail Services will ensure that careful thought is put in to identifying potential sources for candidates for any vacancies.
Screening
Appropriate and efficient screening criteria is set up to ensure that efficient time be spent with applicants in order to determine basic suitability for a role. Care is taken to avoidance of casual or discriminatory criteria.
Assessment
The use of appropriate assessment techniques is critical to determining the suitability of candidates for a role.
Review
The Executive management will continually review the internal recruitment policy and its practice, in line with statutory requirements and the organisations proactive approach.
