What do you do in your current role?

I co-ordinate the refits of multiple sites. This involves managing a co-ordinator, teams of up 18 field staff and dealing with budgets of 1.5 million per site. I attend phasing meetings for current stores to ensure the coordination of 8 independent suppliers as well as meetings to plan and program future stores.

What other roles have you worked in since joining Recruit?

Merchandiser, general support op, forklift operator, team leader, co-ordinator.

How does your role fit into your department or team?

I’m one of three regional co-ordinators operating under my line manager ensuring we give value for money to the client and secure future contracts.

What are your favourite aspects of the role and why do you enjoy working for Recruit?

There are several favourite aspects to my role that I enjoy, mainly working and developing field staff to improve the clients belief in Recruit. I also like the varied jobs, places and people I deal with on a day-to-day basis.
