How long have you worked for Recruit?

I started with Recruit in July 2001 as a team leader.

What do you do in your current role?

Mentor team leaders out in the field, visit our biggest client B&Q and work with the regional champions to accomplish our reviews on schedule and to a high standard of merchandising.

What other roles have you worked in since joining Recruit?

Started with Recruit as a team leader, which I thoroughly enjoyed, working my up to Regional Co-ordinator with full commitment and hard work.

How does your role fit into your department or team?

I see my role as a big part of the DIY team, liaising with both Recruit staff and B&Q to achieve full potential on all neutrons, dealing with complaints and being very flexible within the field.
