To work as part of a team providing 24-hour technical and decision making support for all our clients and reduce the number of calls to our clients Head Office.

As a merchandiser team leader and as a reverse logistics driver.

How does your role fit into your department or team?
It is my role to provide support and knowledge to my advisors. Provide accurate information to customers and field staff when required and ensure all queries and issues are resolved.
