Recruit Retail Services plc has been trading as a Retail Support Company since 1988, providing outsourced solutions for its clients within the Retail Market.

We supply skilled staff to retailers and suppliers in DIY and Food, under 4 main service offers: Merchandising, Installations, Reverse Logistics and Project Management.

Our goal is to meet and exceed client expectations by delivering a ‘Right first time’ service aiming to 'delight'.

Our success is based on building teams that continually exceed expectations providing a ‘value for money’ quality offer. We have over 400 Field staff employed on a flexible 'Zero Hours' contacts. 

Our policy is to continually offer our people the chance to grow, our main board includes Directors that started out working in stores and made their way through the organisation to a senior position.
